PENINSULA CENOTES YUCATÁN
Cenotes are one of the great attractions of the Yucatan Peninsula, unique treasures filled with magic, shows of pure nature.
The characteristics of karst soil of this land causes the rainwater to seep through this stone porous. For millions of years, rainwater has been collected by the very bowels of this earth, in its water table, in the form of underground rivers.
La cenote word born of pronouncing the Yucatec word maya ts'ono'ot o dzonot (cave with water). When we talk about cenotes, we refer to the natural collapses of the rock, which as the earth collapses water. They are holes that allow us to reach the water, that simple.
At Lóleo Eventos, Yucatan Peninsula there are thousands of cenotes, they are encrypted in more than 5.000 thousand. The tourist cenotes are those that are enabled so that we can access them. In the blog you find many cenotes that you can go out to know and enjoy. We have cenotera passion :-)
